illusorium: V

“Don’t you know that a midnight hour comes when everyone has to take off his mask?
Do you think life always lets itself be trifled with?
Do you think you can sneak off a little before midnight to escape this?”
[Søren Aabye Kierkegaard]

I love this mask shop and actually have a photo of that very window myself. The other side of the window is more traditional and is featured on my article about Venice here: https://chestnutsandtruffles.com/my-venice/ Thanks for another amazing post!

    • And thank you for such a wonderful comment! This is, in fact, the second appearance of this mask shop on my blog. The first one was in this post http://wp.me/pLyS0-1ml Im always curious as to what street story it will offer me and it never disappoints. As for that beautiful post of yours I absolutely love the quote beneath the photo “Venice at night”.
